OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NASHVILLE LIMO SERVICE

If you are unable to locate your chauffeur, Please call +1 888-LIMO-808 For assistance before leaving the pick up location.
All deposits are NON refundable. Trips booked for three (3) hours or greater hourly as directed service require a 50% percent deposit at the time of booking.
If any cancellation applies for less than 24 hours(Your credit card will be charged whether you use or do not use the services).
Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $1000.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $350.00.
Any drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in our limousines.
Overtime/Wait time pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.
Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
Balances to be paid on the trip date before the beginning of the trip.
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

Reservations that are cancelled within 24 hours of the pickup time will be refunded only 50% of the total. Long-distance trips that exceed 75 miles and are cancelled within 24 hours prior to the pickup time will be fully charged. International pickups require cancellation before the 48 hour time period before pickup. These policies vary by area of service, pickup location, and may alter subject to special events.
Due to high vehicle demand, reservations for some special events, including but not limited to holidays, large conventions, and prom services, cannot be cancelled and are not refundable unless otherwise indicated on your trip confirmation.
